THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking an experienced IVVQ Lead to join our team based in Plymouth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in leading Integration, Verification, Validation & Qualification (IVVQ) activities, with a strong focus on trials coordination within a complex engineering environment.
This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong background in IVVQ and hands-on experience managing trials activity, stakeholder coordination, and delivery planning within aerospace or defence programmes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead and coordinate IVVQ and trials activities at platform and subsystem level
* Liaise with customers, UK teams, and international stakeholders to align delivery
* Chair weekly planning, coordination, and resource meetings
* Produce key trial documentation (e.g. Calling Notices, MoM, presentations, checklists)
* Develop clear weekly plans outlining activities, resources, and dependencies
* Support training planning to ensure availability of critical skills
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Strong background in IVVQ and trials leadership
* Experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams and locations
* Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills
* Experience producing technical and operational documentation
* Understanding of engineering change processes
* Active SC Clearance
