Ready to help power Scotland's Net Zero future through offshore wind?
The Offshore Wind Directorate works across government and the Scottish public sector to deliver offshore renewables in Scotland at a scale and pace which is sustainable and transformational for Scotland's Net Zero ambition, citizens, communities, environment and economy.
Our Directorate is delivering high priority work that is at the top of the Ministerial agenda, under close public scrutiny.
Our team aims to boost the capacity and capability of Scotland's supply chain to enable Scotland to capture the maximum economic benefit from deployment of offshore wind. We work in partnership across government, with industry and our public agencies to accelerate innovation and unlock investment, which brings real, long-term economic benefits and high-quality jobs to people across Scotland.
We place great emphasis on how we work as a team. We aspire to be a great place to work, with opportunities to progress and support each other to develop our skills and deliver our objectives. We hold ourselves, and one another, to the highest standards in our work and in our conduct.
We would like to receive applications from candidates who act with purpose and who are driven to deliver real world outcomes. We are looking for self-starters and team players, who are committed to their own and to colleagues' personal and career development.
