We are recruiting Full-Time General Operatives (Night shifts)
Location: Camden, Antrim - Manufacturing
Pay: £15.07 per hour
Shift times:
- Mon - Wed: 8pm - 5:30am
- Thur: 8pm - 1:15am
- Fri: 1pm-10:30pm

About the Role
You will play a key role in the production process, helping to manufacture high‑quality uPVC windows and doors using both recycled and new materials. You'll be part of a team that prioritises quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrive at your workstation on time and maintain excellent attendance
- Follow all production procedures and processes accurately
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify and report faults or errors in products or machinery
- Carry out tasks confidently once training is completed
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Communicate clearly with your team leader and colleagues
- Strive to continuously improve performance and skills
- Represent the business in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow all Health & Safety rules, including proper use of PPE
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management
