Your Role
Lead technical delivery of flood risk management, coastal adaptation, and water resource projects .
Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
Work on Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategies, SUDS designs, and more.
Mentor junior engineers and graduates toward professional qualifications.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and commercial success .
Drive innovation in river restoration, drainage, and sustainable infrastructure .
What Were Looking For
Chartered Engineer with ICE, CIWEM, or similar.
Strong experience in flood and coast sector design and appraisal.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects successfully.
Desirable:
Client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with NEC PSC contracts and FCERM Appraisal Guidance.
Passion for sustainable solutions and net zero goals.
