* Operate and scale services on Kubernetes
* Build backend services and APIs in Python using Flask
* Design reliable background jobs and pipelines with Celery and Redis
* Develop high quality React components and front end features
* Instrument, monitor, and improve performance and reliability
* Collaborate on architecture, code reviews, and technical direction
* Work closely with product and customers
