The core thermal hydraulics team assesses reactor core performance and safety, ensuring effective heat transfer throughout its operational life. Analyses range from detailed 3D computational fluid dynamics to 1D system models, supporting design, safety, and manufacturing processes.

What you will be doing:
* Develop and implement thermal hydraulic models of varying fidelity.
* Verify and validate models, collaborating with testing teams as needed.
* Create analysis methods, including automation and uncertainty quantification.
* Perform technical analysis of core and plant components for safety cases.
* Support design and manufacturing with bespoke thermal hydraulic assessments.
* Engage with industry partners, academia, and other knowledge centers.
