Overview
Bompard is looking for a part-time Sales Counsellor (20 hours/week) for our King\'s Rd store. Position to be filled starting October 2025. Bompard has cultivated cashmere excellence since 1985, grounded in transmission, sustainability, and quality, with a heritage of craftsmanship and a focus on international growth and digital development in the responsible luxury segment.
Main Responsibilities
* Offer customers a unique and immersive experience through personalized storytelling, introducing them to the House, timeless products, and exceptional creations.
* Build loyalty among local and international clientele through excellent service.
* Maintain the quality standards of the House, ensuring impeccable visual merchandising and a meticulous presentation of the boutique.
* Actively participate in inventory management, optimizing the flow of merchandise.
* Manage store openings and closings with rigor and professionalism.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Sales Consultant in the fashion industry.
* Dynamic and excellent communicator with leadership qualities; able to listen and federate teams.
* A driving force behind the positive development of the store; proactive and takes initiative.
* Genuine retail and fashion culture.
