What you will do in the role
An Advanced MSK Clinician covers frontline Musculoskeletal clinical work across Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors within a multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality clinical management of MSK conditions for patients in the intermediate care service, including complex cases. You will provide front-line care and support to patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
You will have the opportunity to grow within a multidisciplinary workforce, delivering high-quality patient outcomes as part of a team and business with a track record of excellence. You will have dedicated admin time to manage a varied MSK caseload in diverse clinical scenarios.
What you will bring to the role

* Previous experience in delivering MSK services with tangible results.
* Appropriate professional registration in line with your professional discipline (HCPC, SST, BASRaT, GOsC, etc).
* A keen and enthusiastic clinician with a commitment to providing excellent, personalised care.
* Understanding of the impact of MSK pain in the wider community and how collaborative working across the local system enables prevention and addresses health inequalities.
* Ability to work as an autonomous practitioner within scope of practice.
* Passion for delivering a quality clinical service meeting clinical and operational needs of the MSK service.
* Stakeholder management skills to develop productive relationships with local groups, charities, GPs, and other links.
