As part of a team, support the Customer Service Team Leader in delivering a high level of service to users and the wheelchair service team. Ensure administration is completed accurately and promptly.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer telephone calls and input relevant information into the database.
2. Develop strong relationships with the wheelchair service team.
3. Update computer records for reconditioned wheelchairs.
4. Raise job cards on the computer system, ensuring all details are correct for engineer visits.
5. Contact service users to arrange visits for repairs, collections, and deliveries.
6. File all relevant paperwork and job cards; set up and maintain filing systems.
7. Use PPE as instructed for safety.
8. Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with service users and agencies.
9. Import and export data from the wheelchair service onto the Ross Care database.
10. Respect confidentiality of service user information.
11. Undertake necessary training to maintain role skills.
Minimum Requirements:
* Computer literacy
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with invoicing and accounts procedures
* Experience working within a service provider industry
* Flexible approach to changing work conditions
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic
