The Opportunity
We are working with a forward-thinking and growing legal business looking to appoint a Senior Corporate Solicitor into their team.
This is not a traditional, heavily structured environment. The role offers genuine autonomy, exposure to a broad range of corporate work and the opportunity to operate as a trusted advisor to clients on both legal and commercial matters.
You will play a key role in delivering practical, solution-focused advice while managing your own workload and contributing to the wider growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading on a range of corporate matters including M&A, restructures and shareholder arrangements
* Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice to clients
* Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Identifying risks and offering pragmatic, business-aligned solutions
* Working collaboratively across teams and contributing beyond your core specialism
* Supporting and mentoring more junior team members where required
* Contributing to business development and identifying growth opportunities
