The Digital Solutions Lead will report directly to the IT Manager but work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Wells Director in forming and delivering the Data Strategy.
Role:
The Digital Solutions Lead will be responsible for the effective management, governance and use of data, analytics and information systems to support & inform business understanding a decision making
Key responsibilities:
The Digital Solutions Lead will be required to:
* Leverage digital, data and Ai tools available within the organization and market to improve business value, product delivery and organizational efficiency
* Educate and implement digital literacy across the organization, ensuring data and digital solutions are used to deliver business performance.
* Define and maintain data architecture that facilitates data governance, data auditing and provides a platform for analytical development
* Identify, create and evaluate digital solutions that deliver business value and support strategic objectives, through a gated solution development process that promotes stakeholder engagement & high-quality delivery
* Champion of the data value chain, that maximizes business value through effective data management and maintenance and justifies operating costs of data engineering resources
* Collaborate with IT team to ensure business continuity and solution development are undertaken in a balanced manner

* Delivery of functional solutions through more efficient digital or data driven approaches
* Ensuring Well-Safe can adopt advanced analytical tools (i.e. ML/ AI) to provide further automation and business value

Knowledge & Competency:
* Good Understanding in business processes, service delivery and corporate management
* Experience in data management and governance
* Proven history Analytics and analytical solution deployment to solve business problems
* Experience in agile delivery of data and digital products to multi-faceted stakeholders
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Understanding about Machine Learning and AI within business environments
* Experience in Well Engineering, Offshore and/or Rig Contractors
