Kilwinning Dental Care seeking a dedicated and skilled Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various dental practices and be passionate about providing exceptional patient care. This role requires proficiency in dental terminology, patient assessment, and a solid understanding of both pediatric and general dentistry. The Therapist will work closely with patients to ensure their comfort and understanding throughout their treatment process
Responsibilities:
* Conduct oral cancer screenings
* Administer local anesthesia as needed
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
* Dental procedures, such as fillings and deciduous teeth extractions
* Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
* Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
* Perform scaling, promoting oral health
Schedule:
* 1 day, 9-5pm, Wednesday,
Experience:
* Dental Therapist-minimum 6months working in Scotland
Licence/Certification:
* GDC Registration (required)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £24.00-£28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7 – 14 per week
