About the role
As a Manager in our Growth Marketing team, you’ll be the trusted partner to grow our portfolio of high-potential brand and retailer accounts—emerging businesses that are ready to grow.
Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
* Understand buyer and seller motivations and drivers, develop a deep understanding of their journey on our website and use data to mine actionable insights
* Run experiments to drive growth along the AAA RRR (pirate) funnel
* Create A/B testing paradigms to check hypotheses and quickly scale experiments that are successful
* Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and within deadlines
* Set up tools and tracking for all experiments being run - if they aren’t already in place
* Document all experiments and learnings to create a knowledge base of insights

Up to £50k base depending on experience + bonus.
Your profile:
* Bachelor's degree
* 4+ years of work experience with at least 2 years in growth, product marketing, digital marketing, product management
* Experience working with creative teams and marketing channel specialists
* Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, basic competency in SQL is a plus
* CRM and sales automation proficiency (HubSpot ideal)
* Track record developing A/B tests, analyzing and translating data into business and consumer insights
