We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Drama Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Rochdale on a permanent contract.

The successful candidate will be passionate about Drama and performing arts, with the ability to engage and motivate students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will join a dedicated department that values creativity, collaboration and student achievement.
The Role:
* Deliver engaging and creative Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Plan, prepare and assess student work effectively
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Support school productions, performances and extracurricular activities
* Monitor student progress and contribute to raising attainment
* Work collaboratively within a supportive Performing Arts department
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
* Have experience teaching Drama within a secondary school setting
* Be passionate about performing arts and student development
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
* Be committed to achieving excellent outcomes for all students
