We’re Hiring – Business Development Manager | The Good Sheet
We’re looking for someone who can come in, hit the ground running and sell.
This is not a sit-back role — we need someone who will actively go out, win business and deliver results.
The Good Sheet is a new and growing business supplying sheet materials, timber, insulation and plasterboard, and we need a driven individual to help build our customer base from the ground up.
The Role
- Generate new business and build a strong customer base
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Cover both internal and external sales
- Take full ownership of your pipeline
Salary & Benefits
- £30,000 – £35,000 basic + bonus potential
- Laptop & phone provided
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays

Hours
Mon–Thu: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Fri: 7:30am – 4:00pm
Who We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated and able to manage yourself
- Confident generating business and building relationships
- Focused on delivering results
Experience in sheet materials, timber, insulation or plasterboard is ideal.
However, if you don’t have direct experience but have a strong can-do attitude and the drive to succeed, we’re still happy to speak.
