Job Description:

Following the successful opening of our 4th home in Merida, we are looking to open our 5th home. An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Newmarket-based children’s homes for Residential Support Workers. We seek a caring and compassionate individual with a desire to make a positive difference in children’s lives.
We offer full-time contracts with an hourly rate of £12.69 - £13.31 for day shifts (8am-8:30pm). Paid annual leave is provided, with higher rates for Team Leader and Deputy Manager roles. You will receive a monthly rota. This role involves long hours, sleep-ins (which are essential), and shifts vary depending on the home location.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations. Driving is essential because of the locations of the homes. No prior experience is required.
