Job Title: Senior Property Manager Location: Festival park, Stoke-on-trent Basic Salary: £28,500- £39,000 OTE: Up to £47,000 Company Car or Car Allowance: Included Position Type: Permanent Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead a team and deliver excellent service across a large residential property portfolio. In this Estate Agency role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of properties, support and develop a team of Property Managers, and ensure the department operates efficiently while maintaining high compliance standards. You will play an important role in maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are managed to the highest standard. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong property management experience who enjoys leading a team, improving performance, and delivering excellent customer service.
