• The Production Manager is responsible and accountable for all activities related to Production, service delivery and productivity to ensure all necessary requirements are met.

DELIVER
1. Experienced large format printing. Experience in using large format (Vutek, Agfa, HP) roll to roll, hybrid, or flatbed printers desire
2. Experienced large format print finisher. Experienced in using laminators, and/or Zund or Kongsberg cutting tables
3. progressive production experience; Experienced wood fabricator experienced in CNC routing
4. Extensive experience in a leadership role (direct or indirect)
5. Periodic travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
6. High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
7. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
9. Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
10. Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
11. Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
12. Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
