Strategic buyer

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Buyer to work for a world leading manufacturer of digital engineering technology, based out of a sate of the art manufacturing facility in Huntingdon.

Role and responsibilities

Reporting into the Procurement manager and joining a small team of direct/indirect buyers and a demand planner, your role is critical to ensure the successful management of suppliers, producing cost saving measures and driving NPI. With a PSL of over 500 suppliers, you will need to be able to combine the management of suppliers alongside day-to-day strategic buying and procurement responsibilities. This will include
