Are you a natural organiser with a flair for creating memorable experiences? Join a fast-paced marketing team as an Events Executive, where youll help shape and deliver a vibrant calendar of B2B events across the North.
What you’ll be doing:
* Delivering standout events across multiple UK locations including breakfast events, dinners, Awards and webinars
* Coordinating venues, catering, AV, travel, and accommodation
* Managing invites, RSVPs, and feedback through CRM systems
* Promoting events via social media, newsletters, and partner channels
* Preparing branded materials and presentations
* Tracking budgets and supplier invoices
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience in B2B event coordination (ideally in professional services)
* They deliver over 160 Events annually so youll need to be able work in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Tech-savvy with CRM, webinar platforms, and MS Office
* A proactive mindset and eye for detail
* Flexibility to travel and work occasional evenings
* A driving license and access to a vehicle
