Interim Chief People Officer – NHS Trust
Approx. 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract | VSM Salary | On-site 3 Days per Week
On behalf of an NHS Trust, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Interim Chief People Officer to join the Executive Team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a key leadership role requiring someone with a proven track record of working at Board level and within an acute NHS Trust. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in workforce strategy, transformation, and organisational development, with the ability to lead confidently through change.
Essential Experience:
* Previous experience working at Board level within a complex organisation
* Demonstrable experience within an acute NHS Trust
* Strong leadership in HR, OD, and workforce transformation
* Ability to deliver key strategic and operational outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Trust’s People strategy and workforce transformation initiatives
* Drive delivery of key HR and OD programmes
* Provide expert leadership and guidance to the Executive Team and Board
* Support cultural change, staff engagement, and organisational development
