Job Role :Team L eader: Semi Senior / Senior Client Advisor

Duties and Key Responsibilities
Client manager responsibility for a portfolio of clients
Preparation and review of management accounts
Build and update budgets and forecasts with clients
Review of VAT returns
Setup of Xero and other apps in tech stack
Identify and delivery systems and finance process / control support for clients
Provide support and training to both more junior, and more senior, team members
Preparation of proposals for new and existing clients
General Responsibilities
Managing client expectations and delivery of up:to:date financials on time, every time
Personal development of others in the team
CPD and ongoing training
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client data
Direct communication with clients
WIP review and billing
Ability to support clients with their advisory needs
Ability to identify and fulfil cross:selling opportunities
Identify opportunities to improve / streamline internal processes
Ability to train others on accounting systems and add:ons within our preferred app:stack
To act in accordance with the business values and competency framework
Salary c.A GBP 40:A GBP 45,000 Part hybrid 3 days office, 2 days at home after probation period
