Salary: £37,280 - £39,152 a year
Location: The Gatehouse, Kedleston Road
Hours: 37 hours a week

Contract Type: Fixed Term until March 2028
As an experienced Children's and Families worker, you can play a vital role in supporting, training and mentoring others to make a positive difference in the lives of children, young people and families. Along with existing members of the Workforce Development Team, you will also be responsible for the development and delivery of a range of learning and development activities to support Families First. Working with both internal and external partners, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge, creativity and skills to provide consistent learning and development opportunities You will need to be qualified to the equivalent of NVQ3 (Children and Families) or above, with experience of supporting the learning of others (a training qualification is desirable but not essential).
