Role Purpose
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work as an integral part of the HR team to provide practical, day-to-day HR support to managers and employees across the business. This role focuses on operational HR delivery, ensuring compliance with employment law, supporting line managers, and driving effective people management practices.
The HRBP is responsible for guiding managers on HR processes, resolving employee relations issues, and supporting the HR Officer and HR Administrator in their day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to line managers, team leaders, and heads of department.
2. Support managers in implementing HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, absence management, and employee relations.
3. Act as first point of escalation for HR operational issues and provide practical, compliant solutions.
4. Line manage the junior roles within the team, supporting their daily tasks and development.
5. Deliver HR advice in line with company policies and employment law.
