This is an exciting opportunity to shape creative vision into commercially successful, licensor-approved apparel collections.What You’ll Do:Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership across multi-product categoriesManage and mentor a large design team, fostering a positive and supportive cultureLiaise with licensors, retailers, and internal teams to ensure brand alignmentOversee creative briefs, quality control, and timely deliveryStay ahead of market trends and drive innovation in seasonal collectionsWhat We’re Looking For:Degree in Fashion Design or similarMinimum 6 years’ experience in the licensing industryAt least 3 years managing a large design teamProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)Strong knowledge of fabrics, techniques, and manufacturing processes
