About You
You will be part of an enthusiastic and committed team of BIM professionals working together to deliver high-quality project outputs. Client care and repeat business are crucial to BakerHicks' success, so you should be able to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external clients.
* Ensure team compliance with company quality management, industry standards, and best practices
* Mentor BIM Information Managers and BIM Graduates
Key Purpose
* Facilitate delivery of federated 3D models, hosted and linked BIM data including COBie
* Contribute to the development and mentoring of early career staff and departmental capabilities
* Manage BIM involvement in small to medium-sized projects, including time, cost, quality, and client relationship management
* Champion quality and compliance controls within local teams and projects
Desirable
* Membership of RIBA, ARB, ICE, IStructE, CIBSE, IChemE, or CIAT
* Experience delivering multi-disciplinary projects across sectors BakerHicks operates in
* Experience managing small teams from apprentices and graduates to BIM coordinators and technicians
