Hours: full time, hybrid working available
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Conveyancer to join a well-established, licensed practice based in the heart of Leeds city centre. You will manage a caseload of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions.
Daily Duties
* Title checking and dealing with enquiries/property reports on a purchase
* Dealing with enquiries on a sale
* Handling new build transactions, shared ownership and deeds of variation
* Mentoring junior members of the team
* Liaising with clients to agree exchange and completion dates
* Carrying out AML & SOF checks.
Required Skills
* Previous Residential Conveyancing experience is essential
* Experience of dealing with newbuild and complex transactions is essential
* Experience of working in a high-volume environment is desirable.
