Facilities Coordinator
Central London | 5 days in office | £30,000–£35,000 + bonus + benefits
We are supporting a well-established property business with the appointment of a Facilities Coordinator to join their London office.
This role sits within a busy Facilities Management team, providing essential coordination and administrative support across a UK-wide property portfolio. It is a varied position offering exposure to multiple aspects of facilities and property operations within a professional and fast-paced environment.
The role will suit someone highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple tasks, with an interest in property or facilities.
The role:
* Providing day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Facilities Management team
* Supporting with maintenance schedules, site documentation and compliance records
* Coordinating meetings, travel and team logistics
* Assisting with supplier management, including tracking contracts, insurance and documentation
* Supporting reporting processes, including compiling data and preparing reports
* Assisting with service charge processes, invoice management and purchase orders
* Supporting onboarding of new properties and ensuring systems and records are up to date
* Acting as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external suppliers
The candidate:
* Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or support role
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
* Comfortable working with systems and Microsoft Office
* An interest in property or facilities management would be beneficial
