. Bolton (BL4). £28k – £30k DOE.
An exciting opportunity has arisen, due to expansion, to join a successful and established company in Bolton. Our client is looking for an experienced and professional Sales Administrator where duties will include:
1. Processing high volumes of sales orders
2. Handling any queries from customers via phone and email
3. Updating customers records & accounts
4. Contacting previous/lapsed clients to generate new orders
5. Maintaining an acceptable level of product knowledge by keeping up to date with product developments
6. Taking orders through the website off customers
7. Showing customers around the on site showroom
To be successful you will have previous experience in Sales Admin, a good working knowledge of CRM databases, have excellent communication skills and have an excellent eye for detail.
