We are looking for a friendly, professional and organised Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at our Milngavie clinic.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in delivering a welcoming experience and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
* Greeting patients and handling enquiries both in person and over the phone
* Managing appointment bookings and scheduling
* Supporting clinicians with admin tasks and patient records
* Ensuring the reception area is tidy, professional and patient-focused
What we’re looking for:
* Previous reception or front-of-house experience (essential)
* Confident communication and excellent people skills
* Having a strong knowledge of the local area and social culture
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Friendly, approachable and professional manner
Hours:
Part-time, hours are negotiable to suit the right candidate
