What You’ll Be Doing:
Handling inbound and outbound calls withB2B clients– from wholesalers to retailers and foodservice businesses
Taking and processing orders while identifying opportunities toupsell, cross-sell, and add value
Proactively reaching out to dormant accounts toreignite relationships and boost sales
Planning and managing your call schedule to keep the sales pipeline strong and consistent
Offering promotions and tailored solutions that align with client needs
Collaborating with internal teams toensure seamless order fulfillment and top-notch service
Keeping accurate records of orders, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience inB2B sales, telesales, or call-to-order environments(FMCG or food sector experience a big plus)
A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a natural ability tobuild rapport and deliver solutions
Target-driven, resilient, and always ready topick up the phone and make things happen
Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and maintainingexcellent customer service
