New Homes Sales Negotiator
Location: North London
Salary £25,000 - £40,000 (Depending on Level of Experience) + 10% Personal Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am – 3pm - Every other Saturday off

The role will require you to;
* Drive sales and meet the sales targets
* Work on-site selling off plan property
* To report to the New Homes Sales Manager
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
The candidate requirements are as follows;
* Proven track record in sales, new homes would be ideal
* Well-presented
* Excellent time management
* Social media skills a bonus
* Reapit experience preferred
