As Business Development Manager, you’ll act as the key commercial and technical interface across the EMEA region, working closely with customers, partners and internal teams to drive growth and deliver results.
🔧 The Role -Business Development Manager (EMEA) - UK based
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing partner relationships, and driving revenue across multiple territories. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine business development expertise with technical understanding to win and grow accounts.
• Driving sales performance against agreed targets
• Building and executing regional sales plans with partners
• Managing and developing channel partner networks
• Leading customer meetings, product demos and technical discussions
• Maintaining a strong opportunity pipeline within CRM
• Supporting customer trials and evaluations
• Representing the business at industry events and exhibitions
• Feeding market insights back into product and business teams
✅ What we’re looking for -Business Development Manager (EMEA) - UK based
• 4+ years’ experience in a Business Development role within a technical B2B environment
• Test and measurement or electronics industry background
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and managing partners
• Ability to build relationships across technical and commercial stakeholders

• Exposure to telecommunications, data centres or cloud technologies
