A leading organisation in the Public sector is hiring a Marketing Data Analyst to join their Customer & Marketing function. This is a newly created role where you'll support CRM, loyalty, paid media, and broader marketing performance, working closely with non-technical stakeholders.
You’ll analyse campaign and channel performance, extract insights from Tableau, Salesforce, and Databricks, and communicate findings through compelling, story-led presentations. You’ll work closely with a collaborative marketing team, helping shape campaigns and business strategy through data.
What we're looking for:
* Proficiency in Python or R
* Experience with Salesforce and Databricks preferred
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to translate data for non-technical audiences
* A test-and-learn mindset and natural curiosity
* A background in retail or consumer marketing is a strong advantage
* Bonus: 10% target, up to 20% max based on performance
* Pension: Up to 12% employer contribution
* Income Protection: 50% salary for up to 2 years
