You'll oversee everything from private dinners to large-scale banquets, ensuring exceptional food, smooth service, and a motivated team. The role covers all aspects of kitchen management from menu planning and cost control to staff training and performance.

Proven experience in large-scale banqueting and event catering
Strong leadership and organisational skills
High standards of presentation and consistency
Confident managing production, planning, and food safety
