Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller, located in Airdrie. The Financial Controller will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing financial reporting, and overseeing accounting functions. Additionally, the role includes performing financial analysis to support business decisions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and developing financial policies. The Financial Controller will also provide strategic financial insights to enhance business performance and growth.

* Experience in preparing Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting
* Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
* Experience in the civil engineering industry is advantageous
