Project Quantity Surveyor – Energy & Natural Resources

Department: Energy and natural resources
Job Objectives:
* Administering contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies.
* Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget.
* Pro‑actively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely application.
* Collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, programme performance, cost control, and value engineering.
* Managing contract change effectively, ensuring projects remain within governance and adopt best practice.
* Driving improvements in forecast accuracy and budget.
Qualifications:
* Experience working within the renewables sector, hydrogen, or carbon capture.
* Degree or HNC level qualification.
* Knowledge of NEC 3/4.
Work arrangements: the role supports hybrid working; part‑time applications will also be considered.
Responsibilities may include SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
