As a key member of the Financial Loss Prevention team, you'll be responsible for:
* Investigating Applications with Suspicious Activity
* Identifying and Preventing Account Takeovers
* Managing Disputes and Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Protect the business from financial losses by analyzing and addressing potential vulnerabilities in our processes and systems; and ensure that customers are treated fairly and without bias.
Be the primary point of contact for offshore vendors and other areas of the business, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Take ownership of cases from start to finish, utilizing effective case management and resolution techniques.
