**MUST LIVE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF SLOUGH OR NORTHOLT**
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Project Management team in planning, coordination, and execution of Data Centre construction activities.
* Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
* Track project documentation including RFIs, submittals, permits, and drawing registers to ensure accurate records and timely responses.
* Coordinate communication between PMC, client, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Monitor project progress, flagging delays, risks, and issues to the Project Manager for resolution.
* Assist in the preparation of presentations, progress updates, and reports for internal and client meetings.
* Support the procurement process by coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all project activities.
* Provide general administrative and organisational support to the project team as required.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role within large-scale construction projects, preferably Data Centres or mission-critical environments.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
* Detail-oriented with strong document control and reporting skills.
* Knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project lifecycle management.
* Familiarity with HSE and quality standards in a construction environment.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
