* Delivering high quality tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients (private client & corporate).
* Maintaining and developing strong client relationships through excellent service.
* Assisting clients in identifying and managing tax risks and opportunities.
* Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations in all business operations.
* Leading, mentoring and developing the tax team members.
* Representing the company in engagements with tax authorities.
* Contributing to the company's strategic planning and initiatives in the tax area.
* Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and best practice.

A successful 'Mixed Tax Manager' should have:
