At Ocean Housing, we’re proud to provide quality homes and meaningful support to over 5,000 residents across Cornwall. We're now looking for a Neighbourhood Services Officer to join our dedicated Neighbourhood Services team and help us deliver exceptional tenancy and community services.

🏡 About the Role
As a Neighbourhood Services Officer, you’ll manage a designated patch of tenancies and play a vital role in supporting residents, tackling issues, and helping our communities flourish.
You will:
✔ Deliver high‑quality estate and tenancy management services
✔ Build strong relationships with tenants, partners and local agencies
✔ Carry out tenancy visits, inspections, and support sustainability
✔ Respond proactively to tenancy breaches, ASB, safeguarding and housing issues
✔ Support vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism
✔ Help shape neighbourhood improvements and community initiatives
✔ Be an ambassador for Ocean Housing and our values every day

Essential Experience Includes:
* Dealing with customers in challenging or sensitive situations
* Delivering face‑to‑face customer service
* Administration and accurate record‑keeping
A Level (or Level 3 equivalent) is required.
Housing‑related qualifications or CIH membership are desirable, but not essential.
🚗 Other Requirements
* Ability to travel independently across Cornwall
* Emotional resilience
