E Rostering Support Officer
Band 4 - £27,485 - £30,162
37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced user of the E Rostering system to join the team as a Support Officer.
As a key member of the team you will assist in facilitating the delivery of the service by supporting all associated administration processes and be responsible for facilitating the planning and delivery of training and carry out administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of a full e-Rostering system.
You will be responsible for collecting and assisting with analysing complex data including shift patterns and hours in order to develop, test, deploy and support end user requirements, whilst appreciating that colleagues may be required to change working practices in order that benefits may be realised.
Comprehensive system training will be given and you will work across all teams providing support on all aspects of E rostering functions, working closely with partners from IT, Finance, HR and Workforce, which will involve working at different sites within the organisation.
