In this role, you’ll coordinate travel and accommodation, manage bookings and team meetings, and support the smooth running of vehicle testing operations. From handling inbox queries and scheduling changes to setting up new testing sites and system profiles, you’ll play a key part in ensuring everything runs efficiently. Top Responsibilities * Book flights, accommodation and overnight travel arrangements for Vehicle Testing staff on detached duties * Book venues and other facilities for 1-2-1s, team briefings / team meetings * Manage mailbox, action any requests and/or cancellations or reply to any queries * Email filtering / responding to mail box enquiries * Distribution of paperwork, official documentation and communications to Specialist Vehicle Testing staff & Specialist Testing stakeholders * Process site short notice reservation requests / cancellations * Process staff non testing event requests * Make arrangements for test bookings to be removed when necessary * Advise assessors of any changes to the schedule * Deal with vehicle assessor enquiries regarding scheduling issues and escalate as appropriate * Act with honesty and integrity upholding the reputation of the Agency, Department and Civil Service * Where necessary work in collaboration with colleagues across all functions for the good of DVSA and to create a high performing and well-respected Agency Benefits * Employer pension contribution of 28.97% of your salary.
