Manage production planning, engineering, and technical teams to optimise output and reduce downtime.
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic projects, including NPD and capacity expansion.
Proven experience in senior operational leadership within food manufacturing or FMCG.
Strong understanding of production processes, engineering, and technical compliance.
Excellent leadership and people management skills with a hands-on approach.
