Description
We are looking for individuals with strong people skills and a keen eye for detail to join our parking enforcement team to ensure parking restrictions are enforced across Wiltshire.
Parking Services help to manage and reconcile the competing demands for parking from residents, commuters, businesses, shoppers and visitors as well as improve road safety for all sections of the community.
Our work follows a four‑week rolling rota, with various shifts between 7 am and 8 pm, 7 days per week.
This role will involve being outside in all weathers, with lots of walking as well as driving duties.
It is essential that applicants hold a full UK driving licence for both a manual and an automatic vehicle.

Responsibilities
* Enforce parking restrictions across Wiltshire, ensuring compliance and upholding safety.
* Walk and drive in all weather conditions, covering a diverse range of parking locations.
* Maintain accurate records and reconcile competing demands for parking, dealing with residents, commuters, businesses, shoppers and visitors.
* Provide customer support and handle difficult situations politely and calmly.
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence for both manual and automatic vehicles.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and polite when handling difficult situations.
* Attention to detail, reliability, and effective communication.
