Role Details
* Location: St Leonards‑on‑Sea
* Pay: £16.07–£17.14 per hour (depending on experience & training)
* Hours: Approx. 30 hours per week
* Shifts: 7:00am–5:00pm, 5:00pm–11:00pm or full‑day shifts (flexible based on service needs)
About the Role
You’ll support a client living at home with complex health needs, helping them live a safe, independent, and fulfilling life. This is a person‑centred role where you’ll also support enjoyable activities such as swimming, bowling, and watching TV.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care and mobility support
* Assisting with clinical and health‑related tasks
* Supporting independence and emotional wellbeing
* Helping the client access the community and activities
Requirements
* Essential: Previous care experience
* Desirable: Complex care experience (full training provided)
* Patient, reliable, proactive approach
* Willingness to learn new clinical skills
* Right to work in the UK
