Key Account handler Role Overview: The Key Account Operator will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met and exceeded. This role plays a vital part in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting the development of long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Analyse client data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Identify and develop new customer segments in collaboration with key stakeholders. Negotiate and oversee the implementation of contracts with key clients. Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales and service objectives. Gather and respond to customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to address client needs. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate billing and timely payments. Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management, a solid understanding of sales processes and account operations, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role. We are looking to recruit as soon as possible to allow for a structured training and onboarding process.
