We are seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join a well-respected primary school in Midsomer Norton. This role has a strong SEN focus and involves providing 1:1 support and small group interventions for pupils with a range of additional needs, including learning difficulties, autism, speech and language needs, and social or emotional challenges.

* £80-95 per day
* Full-time (8:30am-3:30pm)
Ideal Candidate:
* Empathetic, patient, and passionate about supporting children with SEN
* Confident adapting strategies to suit diverse learning needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Previous experience supporting SEN (desirable but not essential)
* A proactive and nurturing approach to learning support
