ROLE PURPOSE:
Ensure that the HR systems and associated tools align with the goals of the HR department in supporting the Group Strategy.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure that the HRIS infrastructure aligns with the goals of the HR department in supporting the Group Strategy.
2. Provide Subject Matter Expertise during the Group implementation of Fusion HCM (3 phases planned, phase 1 is in progress). Collaborate with internal functional teams to understand current and future requirements, and champion solutions with implementation support teams.
3. Manage the Group Core HRIS (Fusion) and all integrations within the HR department and across other departments such as Finance and Technology.
4. Oversee the Fusion ecosystem, including security profiles, table structures, org structures, data integrity, and data quality.
5. Support the Group in leveraging the HRIS ecosystem to enhance operational and management efficiencies during BAU and project phases.
6. Identify opportunities for improvement and utilize the HRIS ecosystem to support HR and Group strategies.
7. Manage HRIS vendors effectively in collaboration with local HR leadership (including vendors for employee screening, benefits, job portals, etc.).
8. Ensure smooth implementation of HRIS system updates with minimal disruption.
9. Maintain the data architecture of all HRIS and related integrations.
10. Ensure compliance with Data Protection obligations across jurisdictions.
11. Provide accurate and timely MI to senior HR leadership and stakeholders.
12. Develop and maintain processes for HRIS management and deliver training as needed.
13. Support HR and stakeholders in designing Fusion functionalities to meet business needs (e.g., compensation models, performance management).
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM.
* Significant experience in HRIS implementation within a global, multi-jurisdictional environment.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience in developing technology maps and SOPs.
* Proactive, adaptable, and capable of bringing structure to unstructured environments.
