Residential Childcare Worker & Team Leader – Children’s Residential Care
Full‑Time | Permanent | £29,620 – £38,320 per annum
Location: Littleover, Derby (DE23)
Residential Childcare Worker
You will provide day-to-day care and emotional support to children and young people aged 5‑17 within a residential setting, working as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
Team Leader
In addition to direct care responsibilities, you will provide shift leadership, support staff supervision, and contribute to service standards and outcomes within the home.
